After more than 10 years of handling complex business, intellectual property and commercial litigation disputes, Magleby & Greenwood, P.C. is pleased to announce the firm’s evolution, to add a new patent-prosecution and intellectual property practice group, and the expansion of the firm’s litigation practice to include additional patent and intellectual property litigation expertise.

The firm welcomes new, licensed patent attorneys Edgar R. Cataxinos; Warunee Srisiri, Ph.D.; Alexander Stein, Ph.D.; and Mark Arrington, Ph.D. Also, Magleby & Greenwood attorney Jennifer Fraser Parrish, a licensed patent attorney, will expand her litigation practice to now include patent prosecution.
Name partner Edgar R. Cataxinos joins the new firm as a founding member after 22 years with Salt Lake City intellectual property boutique TraskBritt, at which he was the Managing Partner for 14 years.
Magleby Cataxinos & Greenwood will provide a full-suite of patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution and related services, before the Patent and Trademark Office (PTO), as well as in federal courts and administrative tribunals.
Magleby Cataxinos & Greenwood will continue to represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, with emphasis on patent, trade secret and complex business disputes.
James E. Magleby and Edgar R. Cataxinos will be Co-Managing Shareholders of the new firm.
